By accessing or using Templifier at https://templifier.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Templifier is a browser-based tool that helps Etsy sellers and digital product creators:

• Generate print-ready PDF templates (planners, journals, KDP interiors)
• Create SEO-optimised Etsy listings and keyword research
• Analyse Etsy market data and competitor intelligence
• Generate AI-powered marketing assets, Pinterest pins, and social media content

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (Etsy, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Unsplash) using API keys you provide. These integrations are subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

3. Etsy API Usage

Templifier uses the Etsy API v3 to retrieve public marketplace data (listings, tags, pricing) for market intelligence purposes. By using Etsy-connected features, you agree to comply with:

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid Etsy API key. Templifier does not store or transmit your Etsy API key to any server we control.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API keys (Etsy, Claude, Gemini, Unsplash) secure. These are stored in your browser only.
• Ensuring that content you generate and sell on Etsy complies with Etsy's policies and applicable laws.
• Complying with the terms of service of all third-party APIs you connect to Templifier.
• Not using the Service to scrape, circumvent, or abuse third-party API rate limits.
• Not using AI-generated content in ways that violate intellectual property laws or third-party terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using Templifier (PDF templates, listings, marketing assets) belongs to you. Templifier does not claim ownership over your generated content.

The Templifier application code, design, and branding are owned by Templifier and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templifier is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Etsy market data retrieved via the API is complete, accurate, or current.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable for publication, or free from errors.
• Results from using the Service will meet your business goals or revenue expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templifier and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of Etsy account standing, or API account suspension.

8. Third-Party Services

Templifier connects to third-party services (Etsy, Anthropic, Google, Unsplash, Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies govern their use.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Templifier to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Abuse or circumvent API rate limits or terms of service of third-party providers.
• Generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or fraudulent Etsy listings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects changes. Continued use of Templifier after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Templifier operates.
